Dr. El-Hag is a highly respected, board-certified expert in Allergy and Immunology with over 25 years of distinguished practice. He founded his clinic in Plano, Texas, in 1998. In addition to his clinical work, he holds a faculty position as an adjunct professor of Allergy and Immunology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. His commitment to academic excellence has earned him multiple “Best Teacher” awards.
 
Dr. El-Hag is a Fellow of both the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, reflecting his deep engagement with leading professional organizations in his field. 
 
His academic foundation includes graduating with honors from Cairo University Medical School, completing an internal medicine residency at Worcester City Hospital, University of Massachusetts, and an Allergy and Immunology fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center. His expertise was strengthened by obtaining a PhD in Immunology from Boston University. He has contributed to scientific literature with numerous publications.
